• What we collect: Your device's GPS location (latitude and longitude)
• When: Only while you're actively using the app
• Why: To show restrooms near you and calculate distances
• Permission: You must grant at least "Allow While Using App" permission to use this feature
• Storage: Location data is NOT stored on our servers. It's used only during your session to search for nearby restrooms.

2. Survey Responses

When you voluntarily complete our "Share Your Feedback" survey, we collect:

• Restroom location name (text you enter)
• Cleanliness rating (Yes/No)
• Whether you made a purchase (Yes/No)
• Gender (optional)
• Interests in recommendations (CPG products, restaurants, date night ideas)
• Timestamp

Storage: Survey responses are stored securely and may be shared with business partners (e.g., retailers, restaurants) in anonymized, aggregated form to improve their services.

3. Device Information

We may automatically collect:

• Device type and OS version
• App version
• Crash logs and error reports
• Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., "100 users visited Central Park today")

How We Use Your Information

• Location: To search Apple Maps for nearby restrooms and show them on your map
• Survey data: To understand restroom quality, help retailers improve locations, and measure how many users we drive to partner businesses
• Device info: To fix bugs and improve app performance

Third Party Services

Our app uses:

• Apple Maps API - To search for restrooms and display the map
• Google Sheets API - To store survey responses securely
• Apple's Location Services - To get your GPS location

These services have their own privacy policies. We do not sell your location to third parties.

Your Privacy Rights

• Disable location tracking - Turn off location permission in iOS Settings → Apps → FreeThrone
• Not complete surveys - Surveys are always optional; you can close anytime

• Opt out of future surveys - Surveys won't appear if you disable location access

Data Security

• Location data is not stored on our servers
• Survey responses are encrypted in transit and at rest
• We do not share personal information with third parties (only anonymized, aggregated data)

Children's Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, please contact us immediately.
